Help with reprints and refunds

When can I ask for a reprint or refund?

If your order arrives damaged, the wrong item is sent, or the print quality falls below a reasonable standard, contact us and we will review the issue for a reprint, replacement, or refund.

Can I return prints because I changed my mind?

Personalised photo prints are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once production has started, so we usually cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Are blurry prints covered?

If the problem is caused by low-resolution source images or file quality, that would not normally qualify for a free reprint. If the issue appears to be caused by production, we will investigate and put it right.

How do I report a problem?

Email [email protected] with your order reference, a short description of the issue, and a photo if the problem is visible. That helps us assess the fastest next step.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method within a few working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Do I need to send the prints back?

In most cases, no. If we need anything further from you, we will let you know during the review.
