Upload Guide
How uploading works
The upload flow is designed to move you from file selection to photo editing quickly. Here is what to expect, what formats work best, and what you can still change before checkout.
Choose your files
Start by selecting your photos from your device. The upload flow supports JPEG, PNG, and HEIC files up to 50MB each.
Edit each photo
After upload, each image goes straight into the photo editor. You can crop, rotate the image, and change the print orientation before saving the edit.
Review the print details
Once a photo is edited, it moves into the review section. Size and finish stay fixed for that photo, while quantity can still be adjusted before adding to cart.
Add the edited set to cart
When every photo has been edited, you can send the whole set to cart and continue to checkout.
Common questions
What file types do you accept?
We currently support JPEG, PNG, and HEIC files in the browser upload flow. TIFF files are not supported in the editor and should be converted before upload.
Can I upload multiple photos at once?
Yes. You can select multiple images in one go, and each one will be added to the editor queue so you can work through them one by one.
Do I need to crop every image?
Each photo needs to be confirmed through the editor before it can be added to cart. That gives you a chance to check the framing and make sure the print looks right.
Can I change the print details later?
After a photo enters the editor flow, the selected size and finish are treated as fixed for that photo. Quantity can still be adjusted in the review step before checkout.
What resolution do I need?
For best results, aim for around 300 DPI at the chosen print size. We also flag low-resolution images during the upload flow if a photo may not print well at the selected size.
What if I need to change a crop after saving it?
You can re-open a photo from the review section and edit it again before sending the order to cart.
