Our guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every print. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your prints, we will reprint your order free of charge or issue a full refund - no quibble.

What qualifies for a reprint or refund?

  • Prints arrived damaged or bent
  • Print quality is visibly below standard (colour cast, banding, smearing)
  • Wrong prints delivered
  • Order not received within 10 working days of dispatch

What does not qualify

  • Poor quality resulting from low-resolution images (we recommend 300 DPI minimum)
  • Colour differences due to screen calibration - screens and prints render colour differently
  • Change of mind - personalised prints are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

How to request a reprint or refund

Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order reference number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo showing the problem (for damaged or quality issues)

We will respond within 1 working day and resolve your issue within 5 working days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. You do not need to return the original prints.
